The programme offers seven three-month courses across the core disciplines of hotel operations: Culinary Chef, Culinary Bakery, Front Office Operations, Spa Therapist, Café Operations, Butler Services and Housekeeping Operations, each one a distinct and rewarding entry point into the profession. Each course combines structured theory with direct immersion into Roseate Hotels & Resorts’ daily operations, training alongside experienced hospitality professionals from day one. Industry practitioners and visiting faculty from India’s finest institutions deliver every course, ensuring students graduate with skills that are immediately relevant and practically grounded.
This initiative draws its strength from two institutions that are, each in their own right, leaders in their field.
