Bird Academy and Bird Multi Skilling Centre are a powerhouse of knowledge, training and skilling. Courses at both our knowledge centres are designed to skill youth and professionals for promising careers in travel, aviation, and hospitality.
Bird Academy, the highly accredited educational arm of Bird Group was established in 1998, with a clear mission to provide competent and skilled human resource in the travel, aviation, hospitality and allied industries. An authorised training centre of International Air Transport Association (IATA) since 2002, Bird Academy is also an IATA accredited Regional Training Partner (RTP), the first and only one in India. Rooted in a mission of social responsibility, the academy has provided free education to thousands of underprivileged students, especially women, empowering them to be gainfully employed.

Bird Multi Skilling Centre in Cochin prepares students as well as industry professionals for aviation careers with industry-focused diploma courses. Through classroom and on-the-job training, students gain practical skills and receive stipends, with mentorship from Bird Academy's experienced trainers.
